Assisting Ladies by Offering Essentials
The P.A. Cares Send Off Event takes place today! It is the culmination event for the project where young women are honored for their acceptance into college. In addition to receiving care packages filled with essentials, the attendees will receive tips from beauty, hair, fitness, and college life experts. Congratulations to the class of 2011!
